Dinner & Lesson: Bolognese Triumph

We start with the presentation of the classic Ragu Bolognese, then we have the presentations of the unique tastes of Prosciutto di Parma, Parmigiano Reggiano and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
Appetizers and snacks at the buffet table.
After the dinner with the traditional cuisine from Bologna:

  • Antipasto
  • Tortelloni ricotta e spinaci
  • Tortelliniinbrodo
  • Tagliatelle al Ragù (Bolognese Sauce)
  • Lasagne alla Bolognese
  • Fragole o Pesche alla Big Carlo (Strawberries or Peaches)
  • Tiramisu Big Carlo style
  • Water and excellent wines (Spumante and Red Wines “Riserva”)

For each course the dishes are prepared at the table directly from the pan in front of the diners, just as we once used to do in families of Bologna.
